3Can I import data from the old program I am using?
Yes. If you are currently using other software packages, you can easily import the customer database and product list into your SGSPA account. We are happy to help you.
4Do I need any special hardware or software to use SGSPA?
The only requirement to use SGSPA is a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone and internet connection. We do not provide special hardware such as receipt printers, barcode scanners, or cash registers, but we are happy to advise you on suitable hardware.
5Is my data safe?
Yes, the SGSPA database is separate from the regular Internet, and only our application can access the database. We often make backups to prevent data loss. In addition, we will never access your data or provide it to third parties without your permission.
